Terms of use
These terms cover the Drip Drop app for iPhone and this website, both provided by Raindrop LLC ("we"). By installing or playing the game, or using this site, you agree to them.
The app licence
The app is licensed to you, not sold. It is distributed through the App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If anything here conflicts with that agreement as it applies to the app, Apple's agreement governs.
What you may do
Install and play Drip Drop on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, within the App Store's usage rules.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app, or extract its artwork, characters, sounds or level data for use elsewhere.
- Cheat, exploit bugs to obtain coins or items, or interfere with the app's purchases.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the App Store's rules.
These restrictions do not apply where the law allows the activity despite them.
Coins and in-app purchases
- Purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Coins and boosters are a limited licence to use virtual items inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another player.
- Coin packs are consumed when bought and are stored on your device; they cannot be restored after you delete the app. The Gardener's Pack is a one-time purchase that can be restored with Settings > Restore Purchases.
- Buying is optional. Every level can be played without paying.
Advertising
The current version of the game shows no ads. If a later version adds them, these terms and the privacy policy will be updated first.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Ownership
Raindrop LLC owns Drip Drop, including its name, the character Drip, its artwork, sounds, level designs and code. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Availability and changes to the app
We may update, change or stop offering the app or any feature at any time. We will try to give notice before removing features you paid for, but we are not obliged to keep providing updates or support.
Disclaimer
The app and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Raindrop LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the app or this website, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us through the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Apple
These terms are between you and Raindrop LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, for maintaining or supporting it, or for handling any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the changes.
