These terms cover the Rowfall 84 app for iPhone and this website. Both are provided by Raindrop LLC ("we"). By installing or playing the game, or using this site, you agree to them.
The app licence
The app is licensed to you, not sold. It is distributed through the App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If anything on this page conflicts with that agreement as it applies to the app, Apple's agreement governs.
What you may do
Install and play Rowfall 84 on iPhones you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, within the App Store's usage rules.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or extract the game's artwork, sounds, worlds or level data, or use them in another product.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the App Store's rules.
These restrictions do not apply where the law allows the activity despite them.
No accounts, purchases or user content
The app has no accounts, no purchases, no advertising, no network access and no way to submit content, so there are no payment or user-content terms. Your progress is stored only on your device; see the privacy policy.
Ownership
Raindrop LLC owns Rowfall 84, including its name, worlds, artwork, sounds, level designs and code. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Availability and changes to the app
We may update, change or stop distributing the app at any time, and we are not obliged to provide updates or support. We will keep the support page current for as long as the app is on the App Store.
Disclaimer
The app and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Raindrop LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the app or this website, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the app, which is nothing.
Apple
Apple is not responsible for the app, for maintaining or supporting it, or for addressing any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
